Our client in Union City is seeking Production Leads for their Food Production Lines:
Job Description:
- Lead 20 - 25 production workers
- Assist production supervisor in their absence
- Ensures quality production standards are followed and maintained
- Responsible for safety, quality and complicance with customer specifications
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a production lead position
- Experience leading a team of production workers
- Strong work ethic
- MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment and abide by GMP policies
- Ability to get along with others
- Must be dependable
- Bilingual - Spanish
