Job Description

We have an upcoming seasonal customer service opportunity with a 24 hour call center. 20 openings available. Must have a flexible work schedule, will work between 20-35 hours per week.

Job Duties:

* Answer inbound calls in a call center environment
* Process orders online
* Research and resolve questions regarding shipment dates and deliveries
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date Inventory database
* Review database for completeness and accuracy

Requirements:

* Must have at least 1 year of call center / customer service experience
* Experience working in a retail/manufacturing/inventory environment preferred
* Fast and accurate data entry
* Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
* Excellent customer service skills
* Clear communication
* Must be Internet savvy
