Job Description
Professional office in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist.  Duties for this administrative assistant/receptionist position include answering inbound calls, greeting guests, filing, database management, coordinating car service and office meetings, and other general office duties as assigned.  A highly professional demeanor is required, as well as outstanding computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.  Recent receptionist experience is required.   This is a direct hire position.
