- Conduct outbound calls to patients the healthcare provider has asked us to offer our services
- Effectively communicate the Achieve service opportunity the healthcare provider has enlisted through us to provide
- Assists patients in developing a workable solution to their outstanding medical account
- Produce a plan that supports a course of action that assist the patient and supports the healthcare providers desire to reduce uncompensated cost.
- Support the patient in implementing the established plan.

Job Skills/Requirements
Qualified Candidates will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years outbound call center experience
- Ability to quickly build relationships and trust through effective communications
- 2 years of consumer selling experience
- Professional track record of meeting and exceeding productivity goals
- Required: Ability to pass an extensive credit and criminal background check
- At least 2 positive professional supervisory references
