High profile Engineering firm in Seattle looking for dynamic, detail oriented personality to assist Corporate Recruiter in their Human Resource Department.
This person will be first point of contact for vendors, candidates, and services.
Daily coordination of recruiting efforts, new hire documents, exit documents
Manage ongoing employee benefit program
Handle employee inquiries of benefits: Health, Dental, 401K etc.
May assist with Payroll department and deduction paperwork
Assist with L&I issues and/or Worker's Comp
Assist Corporate Recruiter with daily administrative duties
Schedule and Coordinate corporate meetings and trainings
Must be proficient on MS office applications and web conferencing.
