Job Description

Vendor Facilitator!

  • Will use excellent computer and customer service skills to manage vendor relationships within company structure.
  • Will act as liason between  4+ vendors who work directly with the company to reach production goals.
  • Requires a high degree of professionalism and a 'customer service' driven attitude to resolve outstanding performance issues with vendors.
  • Will spend large amount of time on phone resolving production issues with vendors to reach desired results. 

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in title/escrow industry helpful.

  • Work Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Must have excellent PC skills and be comfortable on the phone.
  • Must be professional at all times while representing company with vendor contacts.
  • Good organizational skills, professional appearance and attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Candidate must be a team player and self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Must be supportive of your co-workers and help out with additional tasks if needed.
