Job Description

The role of the Financial Services Coordinator is to provide support, information, and services to advance the utilization of Corporate Financial Services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides in-house expertise and support to end-users on corporate wide Shared Financial Services tools and related processes; Including Vendor Statement Reconciliations, Vendor Master Audits and researching Duplicate Audit findings.
  • Works with other Corporate Divisions and outside vendors to initiate, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Ensures appropriate and timely processing of credits from manufacturers for the return of customer credit balances.
  • Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of A/P related financial software applications.
  • Maintains an in depth knowledge of the A/P processes; uses this knowledge along with technical insight to recommend optimal solutions to user group needs.
  • Provides back-up support to Financial Systems Specialists in supporting the company’s integrated Finance Applications.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:

  • Preferred – Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Total 4-5 years of working experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Business Analyst role.
  • 1-2 years of experience administering, supporting or performing Super-User functions on Web based financial business systems.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio. Functional knowledge of Crystal Report Writer is required.
  • Highly organized, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills.
  • Experience with documenting and maintaining application operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and training skills required, as is the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines.
