Day Shifts Available: 8-1 or 1-6
Part time through holiday season, possible full time after New Year
Temp/Temp to Hire position
$12/hr to start
5 openings
High Volume Inbound Calls. Compassionate, patient traits a must. Data entry required while assistant callers.
Specialist will look up community resources/ information for callers. Directing callers to right resource.
Call time is average of 6 minutes. No daily sales quotas here. Just listening and meeting caller's needs. Quality is #1.
MS Applications include Outlook required.
Must Communicate well verbally.
