Job Description

Experienced, adaptable Administrative Assistant  with strong MS Office Skills is needed for Sorrento Valley and Carmel Mountain companies.

Job Duties:

* Format documents, word processing

* Answer and direct phone calls

* Scheduling conferences and appointments
* Assist with general administrative support
* Working with Word and Excel documents

* Sort excel data and pull reports on daily basis

* Communicate with all levels of  staff

Job Requirements

* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, proficiency in MS 2007 a plus

* Previous experience in formatting and word processing
* Self-starter with ability to prioritize deadlines
* Accurate attention to detail

* Bilingual a plus, not required
