Job Description

Summary of Position:

 

·                    Receive all incoming invoices for company

Ø                 Review all incoming invoices for applicable charges and allocate across the appropriate companies and code to the appropriate account

·                    Perform data entry of all accounts payable invoices and expense reports for all entities

·                    General accounting filing

·                    Assist other accounting department personnel when necessary

·                    General office administrative duties

Ø                 Assisting with lunch coverage of reception phones for 1 hour per week

Ø                 Assisting with checking and distributing mail

Strong attention to detail

1-2 years Accounts Payable experience

Quickbooks experience a plus

Excellent Time management skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office
