Marketing Coordinator
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities for marketing campaigns include media negotiations, content creation and launches with sales team
- Lead day-to-day marketing initiatives
- Monitor marketing efforts, to include online and email campaigns
- Act as Lead Coordinator, working with VP of Sales to assign and follow-up with sales leads.
- Collaborate with management to provide general marketing insights.
Administrative support to Marketing Dept.
- Answer phones; direct calls as needed
- Travel and meeting arrangements
- Calendar management
- Prepare proposals
- PowerPoint presentation preparation
- Client support
- Various administrative functions**
Position Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience working within corporate marketing department for large B2B company
- Travel 5%
- Strong administrative support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (mail merges, column layouts, etc), PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and database management software
- Strong organizational skills
- Assertive and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage complex calendar and travel arrangements
