Marketing Coordinator

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities for marketing campaigns include media negotiations, content creation and launches with sales team
  • Lead day-to-day marketing initiatives
  • Monitor marketing efforts, to include online and email campaigns
  • Act as Lead Coordinator, working with VP of Sales to assign and follow-up with sales leads.
  • Collaborate with management to provide general marketing insights.

 

Administrative support to Marketing Dept.

  • Answer phones; direct calls as needed
  • Travel and meeting arrangements
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare proposals
  • PowerPoint presentation preparation
  • Client support
  • Various administrative functions**

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience working within corporate marketing department for large B2B company
  • Travel 5%
  • Strong administrative support skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (mail merges, column layouts, etc), PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and database management software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Assertive and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage complex calendar and travel arrangements
