COBRA Operations Manager position available with a reputable Escondido employer!
Job Duties:
* Assume full responsibility for the COBRA administration department of about 10 employees
* Oversee daily operation of department by providing strong leadership and direction in the COBRA administration process
* Interface with other levels of management and provide expertise to ensure all clients receive a high level of service
* Provide insight regarding policies and procedures
* Provide problem resolution and guidance regarding COBRA laws to staff
Requirements:
** MUST have management experience guiding a team of individuals
* Strong COBRA knowledge
* Excellent leadership skills with a motivating personality
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task
* Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
